Vendor Onboarding and MLS data access through SourceRE

GTAR provides MLS data access to approved vendors through a modern, API-based data distribution platform powered by SourceRE.

Effective May 27, 2026, all vendor onboarding, agreements, and data access provisioning will be managed through SourceRE.

Required Actions

  • Confirm your company is an approved GTAR Vendor
  • Complete onboarding through SourceRE
  • Configure you API/IDX integration
  • Verify your contact information is current
  • Contact GTAR if you are not currently registered

Failure to complete onboarding may result in interruption of MLS data access.

SourceRE Onboarding & Technical Resources

SourceRE manages all vendor onboarding, agreements, and API-based MLS data access for GTAR.

All vendors must complete onboarding and integration through SourceRE to receive or maintain MLS data access.

GTAR does not provide direct technical API Support.  All integration support is handled through SourceRE.

MLS Data Sets & Permitted Uses

GTAR provides multiple MLS data sets to support different use cases. Each dataset includes specific data elements and permitted usage guidelines.

IDX

  • Public listing data for websites and applications
  • Includes Active and Pending listings
  • Permitted Use: Public

IDX Closed

  • Public listing data including closed listings
  • Includes Closed listings
  • Permitted Use: Public

VOW

  • Includes listing, sold, and roster data
  • Supports both public and restricted access
  • Permitted Use: Public, Private Clients, Private Brokerage

ODS

  • Full dataset including listing and roster data
  • Similar to VOW with extended capabilities
  • Permitted Use: Public, Private Clients, Private Brokerage

BBO

  • Includes listing, roster, and brokerage-level data
  • Designed for internal brokerage systems
  • Permitted Use: Public, Private Clients, Private Brokerage

Participant Data Return

  • Brokerage-specifict listing and roster data
  • Includes office exclusives and expiration data
  • Permitted Use: Broker Own Data
