Download the Credit Card Authorization - One Time Payment form to authorize your credit card for a one-time payment.
We will call you for the credit card number upon processing.
Credit Card/Recurring Payment Authorization Form (use to setup autopay for your MLS/CIE and Supra Key Fees only)
Download the Credit Card/Recurring Payment Authorization Form if you need to authorize your credit card for a one-time payment or to schedule your Quarterly MLS Data Access fee, Quarterly CIE Data Access Service Fee and your Annual Supra Key Service Fee. Send the completed form to membership@gtar.com

Member Maintenance Forms
Member Transfer Form
When transferring from one office to another, the agent loses access to their listings unless transferred to the new office. Transfer of listings must be approved by both the releasing Broker and the Receiving Broker.
If you have no listings to transfer, no Broker Signatures are required.
Please ensure your TREC license has been transferred to your new Broker.
A transfer fee will be generated and available to pay via your member portal at www.gtar.com. Upon payment, your transfer will be completed.
Ensure you local, state, national, and MLS Fees have been paid. Your transfer cannot be completed until any outstanding dues have been paid.

Termination Form
Notices of Termination must be received at the Association Office by the last working day of the month in order to avoid the next annual or quarterly charges. If the form is not received by that date, the agent will be responsible for any additional dues. Absolutely No Refunds!

Member Update Form
Use this form to update your personal information or name. If you are transferring to another office use our MEMBER Transfer Form. Brokers may use this form to update their personal information, existing office changes, or DBA Change. Do not use this form to open an additional branch office--Use the ADDITIONAL OFFICE APPLICATION.

MLS Forms
Team Set-up Form
Download the TEAM Set-up Form to request a new Team Set-Up in the MLS and submit the completed PDF to membership@gtar.com
Your broker will be responsible for registering your Team with TREC prior to it use in advertisements in compliance with TREC Rule 535.154.
Waiver of MLS Services
Brokers will use this form for any of their agents who will not be members of the MLS who meet the following criteria: the individual is not a listing agent for any active listing included in the MLS
1. The individual is not a listing agent for any active listing included in the GTAR MLS
2. The individual does not access or use in any way whatsoever the MLS or the listing information from the GTAR MLS.
3. The individual is not named anywhere in the MLS, including but not limited to the agent remarks section
4. The individual is a subscriber to a different MLS or commercial information exchange.
This waiver shall be effective immediately upon receipt and shall remain in effect until the individual becomes an active subscriber, uses the MLS or its information in any way, or subsequently fails to satisfy the eligibility requirements.
