HERMIT"S HIDEOUT - Back out in the country, this rolling, secluded, timber tract has deer, hog and small game, a good interior driving road and some patches of good pine timber. About 2/3 of the tract was replanted in cut over woods, and there is a fair stand of younger timber, but it did not establish well. The hardwoods throughout the tract make it an ideal place for hunting and recreation. Seasonal creek draw, food plots, accessed by a 30 ft. wide unimproved easement across a pasture to the entrance. Locked gate. Call for appointment to see. If you have hermit blood in your veins, you should check this one out!
