A true East Texas gem! This building was built around 1901 as a bank (the vaults are still intact and have gorgeous gold-leaf details). Now it is used as a popular lunch spot, a pub, and has a spacious apartment upstairs! One of the oldest, and the tallest building in downtown Winnsboro; this building's back side faces the popular Winnsboro Arts District, The Bowery. There is loads of potential with this building for living quarters, restaurants, offices, you name it! With tons of character and old charm, including bead board walls, exposed brick, and tall ceilings, this historic building is a must see!
